This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel or reschedule your 1:1 business strategy consultation booked through nandhinipachaikani.com.

1. How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your consultation, email us at nandhini@consultusnow.com with your booking date and payment reference ID. Please include your preferred new date if requesting a reschedule.

2. Cancellation Timeframes

• 24 hours or more before your slot: Free cancellation, full refund (see our Refund Policy), or free reschedule to another available date.
• Less than 24 hours before your slot: The slot is considered reserved and non-refundable, since it could not be offered to another client on short notice. We will, at our discretion, try to accommodate a one-time reschedule if requested promptly.
• No-show (not joining at the scheduled time): Treated as a missed session — non-refundable and not automatically rescheduled.

3. Rescheduling Availability

Since only one consultation slot is offered per day, rescheduling is subject to availability on our booking calendar (up to 14 days in advance, excluding Sundays). We'll do our best to find a suitable alternative slot as quickly as possible.

4. Cancellations Initiated by Us

If we need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed consultation (for example, due to an emergency or unavailability), we will notify you as early as possible and offer either a full refund or a free reschedule to a date of your choice.
