These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website nandhinipachaikani.com and your booking of a 1:1 business strategy consultation call ("Service") offered by Nandhini Pachaikani ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a consultation through this website, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. The Service

We offer a single-session, 45-minute, one-on-one business strategy consultation call conducted online (via video/audio call). Only one slot is available per calendar day, and slots are offered up to 14 days in advance. Consultations are not held on Sundays.

2. Booking & Payment

To book a consultation, you select an available date on our booking page and complete payment of ₹999 (INR), a one-time, non-recurring fee, via our secure payment partner, Razorpay. Your booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified. We collect your name, email address, and WhatsApp number as part of the Razorpay checkout process in order to confirm your booking and contact you about your session.

3. No Guarantee of Results

The consultation is intended to provide general business strategy guidance based on the information you share during the call. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, financial result, or increase in leads or sales as a result of the consultation. Any advice given is for informational purposes and should not be treated as legal, financial, or tax advice.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details at the time of booking.
• Join the call on time, at the scheduled slot, using the meeting link/details shared after booking.
• Come prepared with relevant context about your business so the 45-minute session can be used effectively.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this Service, including business decisions made based on the consultation.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this website or booking of future consultations after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
